The board comprises of two full time co-founder directors, two independent directors from associated companies and 3 advisors from the academia. Major decisions and long term strategy is set by the board. The management team consists of the respective heads of Sales, Channel Development, Human Resources, IT, Operations and Emarketing departments.
The management team reports to the governing board. The board decisions are passed on to the management team for execution and an independent audit company oversees the accountability and procedural integrity.
